House Rules

Reservations are necessary and must be made in advance. Reservations can only be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and cash. Full payment is due upon departure of your pet. Payment for day boarding is due on day of service.

Check in is 10 am and checkout is 1 pm or before closing. 

We encourage you to bring your pet’s favorite food from home.
This is important! When a dog’s diet is suddenly changed, your four-footed friend can be left with an upset stomach. That is no fun for anyone. Also bring a favorite treat and toys.

In the event your pet has an emergency that requires immediate medical attention, your dog will be taken to our on-call vet, Dr Markus of New Hope Veterinary in New Hope, PA.

Our facility is equipped with an advanced security system and a fire sprinkler system for your pet’s safety, and your peace of mind.
